DMResponder is an automated messaging platform that helps businesses respond to direct messages (DMs) using AI-generated responses based on business-specific training data and customer intents.

You must connect your Instagram or Facebook account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must use DMResponder in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of content and responses generated by your business.
  • You must not use the Service to send spam, abusive, or misleading messages.

5. AI-Generated Content

While our AI is trained to provide helpful and relevant responses, you acknowledge that its replies may not always be perfect. We recommend reviewing and training responses where necessary to ensure alignment with your brand.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMResponder and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
